Returns and withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Full details, the consequences of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (binding German version).

If you withdraw, we refund the purchase price including standard delivery costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Even after the withdrawal period we can usually find a solution — just contact us. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years) remain unaffected.
