Carl Larsson

Carl Olof Larsson (28 May 1853 – 22 January 1919) was a renowned Swedish painter and a leading figure in the Arts and Crafts movement. Hailing from Stockholm, Larsson overcame modest origins to emerge as one of Sweden’s most cherished artists. His artistic talent is evident across various forms, including oil paintings, watercolors, and frescoes.

Larsson gained particular acclaim for his delightful watercolors, which portray the peaceful, everyday life of his own family.
